Two tips for sustainable fat loss

By no means am I saying that these 2 things will instantly make you slim or only these 2 rules will end all your problems. But throughout the years I have seen that while there are many ways to burn fat like exercise and diet, we can't do everything every day. We miss some days or even months, but these 2 rules have been comparatively easy to stick to. I have managed to remember and follow them to keep my weight in check.

Less oil while cooking

This doesn't just apply when cooking at home. Even when I go out, I make sure to request to add less oil, and where I live, most places have no problem with it. Some even offer no oil options. Switching to healthier oil and eating less oily food also helps a lot.

Desserts just once a week

I just love desserts and can't resist them, but it is when I started calculating calories that I realized that it was the desserts that made my calories go up, and by a huge margin. I was surprised how much a small, innocent looking scoop of vanilla ice cream cost me in my weight management journey. But I can't completely avoid them as I am a foodie, I need them. So I treat myself once a week with not a lot but a good amount of sweet to keep me happy. ;)
